Homosexuals are people too...

they exist, and they deserve the same rights as every other human being on the planet. Certainly in this country, where 'all men are created equal.' Here is one Homosexual's comments, left on a petition to stop the amendment banning gay marriage. I thought it was worth sharing:

I AM AN AMERICAN--BORN AND RAISED HERE. It is my
constitutional right to be able to follow my religious
views no matter what you think of them as long as laws
are not broken. I could have no religious views at all
and be an atheist, and I am still protected to have
that view as well. There are many religious groups in
this country that want to perform Homosexual marriages
as part of their religious rites. Just because my
religious views appear radically different to yours or
more people share your religious or moral views it
does not grant you the right to say my views lack
morals and therefore use political moves to reduce my
rights (I'm in MA, the one state that has the guts to
treat people equally) or in this case to continue to
exclude me from the protections of our constitution.

You have to prove I don't have morals and cause
direct harm physically or mentally to others, and you
haven't been able to do that at all. For many years
you haven’t been able to show that, if ever. All
evidence has pointed to the direct opposite--that I'm
just as "normal" as you are.

Your behavior is unbecoming and nothing more than
childish--you rely on a "safety by numbers" means to
circumvent protections within the constitution in
order to "let the people vote" on what protections
their neighbors can or can't have. That is extremely
unconstitutional! You can dislike me, hey, I dislike
you very much! But I work, I pay taxes, and I don't
break laws. Aside from that, don't talk to me if you
don't like gay people. But the days of my not holding
my boyfriend's hand while walking down the street just
because you want to pretend I have no value or morals
(or worse cause me physical harm and get away with it)
and therefore pretend I don't actually exist, are
over.

Those times are over because the more you complain you
have a moral authority the more apparent it becomes
you just have prejudice. By talking about banning
marriage rights for Homosexuals you acknowledge
Homosexuals exist and by promoting bans like this
prove they are treated unequally, which directly
leads to proving you selectively choose this group of
people to exclude from the protections of our
constitution. Again, you can dislike me all you want,
but altering the constitution to make that dislike
legal is not your job! Just because Heterosexual
people haven't allowed Homosexuals to marry in the
past has never made it the right thing to do in the
present. All it means is Heterosexual people have
consistently chosen to avoid representation for
Homosexuals in this country. Which is why in MA this
had to be resolved by the SJC--who did their job. That
hardly makes them activists just because the illogical
stance government has had about Homosexuals for such a
long time. Again, prove they lack morals and are a
danger. You haven't and can't.

Aside from this, how dare you pretend Homosexual
people don't have children either from a previous
marriage or by assisted pregnancies that they are
trying to raise with the same protections Heterosexual
people have! Just because you think they are "icky" is
absolutely no excuse for not doing your job correctly!
It's your job to protect these families--even if YOU
don't consider that a “family” it is functioning just
like one and those children should not have to go
without benefits just because you WON'T do your job
when you don't like it. Who is the child here? How
many more years is this going to have to continue
before you stop "wetting the bed" over Homosexuals
existing and demanding you stop withholding
constitutional protections from them? We're used to
waiting, and like I mentioned before, the more you
speak out against Homosexuals the more you
prove yourself wrong by acknowledging them but not
having any proof they are a threat of any kind.

Our Apathetic Society

Wednesday, May 17, 2006

Another day closer to the end?

…yes, my friends. Our society continues to crumble, to walk that long dark road into the mouth of madness. People are discussing the possibility of World War III, including our Idiot in Chief, as quoted on an Australian news site:

In an interview with the financial news network CNBC, Mr Bush said he had yet to see the recently released film of the uprising, a dramatic portrayal of events on the United Airlines plane before it crashed in a Pennsylvania field. But he said he agreed with the description of David Beamer, whose son Todd died in the crash, who in a Wall Street Journal commentary last month called it "our first successful counter-attack in our homeland in this new global war, World War III". Mr Bush said: "I believe that. I believe that it was the first counter-attack to World War III.

Speaking of World War III, lets look over to all the fun with Iran, the next target in our governments wish list of destruction. We’re just loving the response from the Iranian president about the European incentives to get them away from uranium:

Iran said Wednesday that accepting European incentives to suspend uranium enrichment would be like trading gold for chocolate and mockingly offered the Europeans trade inducements of its own.

Of course, some think the US targeting of Iran is another step in a conspiracy to create a war across the entire Middle East, which is quite likely. Check out what the Palestinians are up to. Another step towards madness down there. And who knows what fallout we’ll all experience from that!

Meanwhile, back here at home, we’ve got all the fun petitions running around about the NSA spying on all us patriotic citizens here. Now the phone companies, such as Verizon, are standing up and denying ties to the NSA.

On the good news side, a Georgia judge has struck down the state’s ban on gay marriage. Another step in the right direction for the south. Of course, head down to Missouri to see yet another weak attempt at keeping gay couples down. What a great way to allow civilization to evolve to a more utopian way of like: keep rights away from people. That's necessary.

And, in another step towards the downfall of our civilization, check out the Dow!

And, in mother natures road of destruction, we’ve got violent eruptions in Indonesia, and some nice flooding up here in New England.

We’ve got Chinese agents trying to buy missles, Kids being made into soldiers in the Sudan, and now Mexicans are afraid their country is going to turn into Chaos! To top it all off, how about more humans with Bird Flu?

So, as you can see, things are happening quicker and quicker, more and more, and things are getting worse. Prepare yourselves, kiddies. The fun is about to begin!

By the way, still don’t believe we’re related to monkeys?

Flight 77

....So, the Defense Department Releases September 11 Pentagon Video to Judicial Watch.
Claiming that this is the footage they have been withholding, and aiming to stem conspiracy theories about the supposed Pentagon 'crash', the DoD gave the footage to Judicial Watch, a 'public interest group that investigates and prosecutes government corruption.'

"This is in response to your December 14, 2004 Freedom of Information Act Request, FOIA appeal of March 27, 2005, and complaint filed in the United States District Court for the District of Columbia," wrote William Kammer, Chief of the Department of Defense, Office of Freedom of Information. "Now that the trial of Zacarias Moussaoui is over, we are able to complete your request and provide the video."

If you haven't heard, just minutes after the supposed 'crash,' the DoD and FBI rushed right over to the Citgo gas station (Hugo?) and the hotel across the street, and confiscated their surveillance footage. Now, they have released these 2 videos. Take a look. Watch carefully, because you'll only see the 'plane' for a milisecond. I don't know about you, but this footage does nothing to convince me that a huge commercial jet crashed into the Pentagon. As always, you be the judge.

The rich

The rich rule over the poor,
and the borrower is servant to the lender...
Proverbs 22:7

....So, I get the most interesting spam. And I've started to notice, even the spam is starting to look creepy, apocalyptic and supernatural. The above biblical quote was taken from the following website, which I received span from. Check this out!

yes, that's right. Its a Christian debt relief copany. So, I'm just venturing a guess here, but this seeming desperate grab at money (Catholics maybe?) seems to bring up ideas of religious banks, and a rejuvination of religous rule. Look at the proverb. Then think about the company. In debt? We'll lend you money! Then, you'll be in debt with us! And then, We'll own YOU!

And then there was this Spam. Hey Dr. Murk, you'll love this one! Billed in the subject line as "The subliminal mind software they tried to ban!"

Rupert and Hillary, sitting in a tree?

....raping out country even more than it has already happened.

Yes, in the news today, the dreaded Rupert Murdoch is revealed as a big ol fan of Hillary Clinton. Now, if this doesn't make you think about the falsehoods of our 'two party system' then you need to do some research. There are no two parties. There is simply classes. The ruling class, and the manipulated. You, my friends, are among the manipulated.

The ruling class forces you to align yourself with only 2 choices. Democrat, and Republican. Interesting that we supposedly live in a 'democracy' and not a 'republic.' Regardless, these 2 'parties' are a sham. Its like watching wrestling. These are simply actors playing on your morals and values, convincing you to join one side or the other. Yet there are so many different issues that people have their own opinions on. What if you are a Democrat who supports the Death Penalty, or opposes abortion? You don't want to become a republican, do you? How do you vote in a presidential election. We all know at this point its thinking of the lesser of two evils.

lets reflect on that. The lesser of 2 evils indeed. It is one evil, and 2 puppets. Both puppets have the same master, yet portray themselves as opposed. This is not working.

And think about individual issues. Think about the electoral college. What are you voting for? Do you actually vote on an issue, or simply vote in a puppet who may or may not choose your side. Our 'representatives' do not represent us.

The smokescreen is growing more and more thin. Whether they are not trying as hard, or they just can't keep it up.

The time to decide what happens to us, and to our future, is now. The time to choose whether you are one of the manipulated, one of the ruling class, or, here's a concept, choose a third option.

It is time for a third option.

The Shakey Future of the Internet

from Prison Planet:
The Internet is Dead, Long Live the Internet

Total regulation rules are close at hand, a new internet will kill free speech and weed out anything deemed "inappropriate"

Steve Watson / Infowars | May 2 2006

In the space of a few months debate has gone from "pressure on internet service providers" to make available user records to calls for all out mandatory ISP snooping on all US citizens.

In a display of bi-partisanship, both Democrats and Republicans are calling for such measures.

Last week, Attorney General Alberto Gonzales, a Republican, gave a speech saying that data retention by Internet service providers is an issue that must be addressed. Child pornography investigations have been hampered because data may be routinely deleted, Gonzales warned, reports Declan McCullagh of CNET News.

Now Democratic member of the Congressional Internet Caucus, Diana DeGette, wants an an amendment that would make such data deletion illegal.

DeGette says that any Internet service that enables users to access content must permanently retain records that would permit police to identify each user. The records could not be discarded until at least one year after the user's account was closed.

This may mean that any normal website or blog would have to fall into line with such new rules and suddenly total web regulation would become a reality.

The excuse for this as either a standalone measure or as an amendment to a broad telecommunications bill that is moving rapidly through the House, is that it is designed to protect children.

We are being led to believe that a vast army of maniac pedophiles are on the loose and we must do away with all forms of privacy in order to stop them. This is akin to saying that blanket cctv prevents crime. As if to say "if we film everyone all the time, even innocent people, then no one will ever commit any crimes."

Increasingly we are seeing this in every aspect of our lives. Recording, tracking and retaining our data in the name of keeping us all safe. Everyone is now treated as guilty until proven innocent.

In reality the amendment would mean that such data would be accessible to any local or state law enforcement official investigating anything from drug possession to tax evasion.

Jim Harper, director of information policy studies at the free-market Cato Institute, said: "This is an unrestricted grant of authority to the FCC to require surveillance."

"The FCC would be able to tell Internet service providers to monitor our e-mails, monitor our Web surfing, monitor what we post on blogs or chat rooms, and everything else under the sun,"

We have previously exposed how moves are also afoot to clamp down on internet neutrality and even to designate a new form of the internet known as Internet 2.

This would be a faster, more streamlined elite equivalent of the internet available to users who were willing to pay more for a much improved service. providers may only allow streaming audio and video on your websites if you were eligible for Internet 2.

Of course, Internet 2 would be greatly regulated and only "appropriate content" would be accepted by an FCC or government bureau. Everything else would be relegated to the "slow lane" internet, the junkyard as it were. Our techie rulers are all too keen to make us believe that the internet as we know it is "already dead".

Let's take a look at the possible effects that such moves would have on websites such as infowars and prisonplanet.

Given that they are already blocked by many regular filters because they are deemed to contain "inappropriate content" (even though 90% of our material is simply mainstream news) we would face the prospect of not being able to stream audio or video or of being locked out entirely if a telecom disagreed with our content.

Without the ability to stream our material we would have to rely on newsletters and mailing lists. However, the first steps in a move to charge for every e mail sent have already been taken. Under the pretext of eliminating spam, Bill Gates and other industry chieftains have proposed Internet users buy credit stamps which denote how many e mails they will be able to send. This of course is also the death knell for political newsletters and mailing lists.

With demands placed upon us to provide records of all our visitors, streaming audio and video gone, our ability to mass mail our content killed off and our position on Internet 2 DENIED, the sites would virtually be shut down.

The move to demonize the Internet and tar its reputation has been underway for a long time. The boom in blogs and alternative news websites has plunged the mainstream media into a panic. Their newspaper sales and hits to their websites are plummeting as people seek their own information from multiple sources. The mainstream has engaged in a desperate attempt to paint the internet as a dark place where criminals and weirdos are everywhere and all information is inaccurate and unbalanced.

AOL is still running ads equating Internet users with terrorists. In the next few years we may see a staged Internet shutdown which is blamed on cyber terrorists.

In reality it is the mainstream that is inaccurate and unbalanced, providing a one sided story firmly rooted in the past on printed paper or the nightly news.

For the aspiring dictator, the Internet is a dangerous tool that has been seized by the enemy. We have come a long way since 1969, when the ARPANET was created solely for US government use. The Internet is freedom's best friend and the bane of control freaks. Its eradication is one of the short term goals of those that seek to centralize power and subjugate the world under a global surveillance panopticon prison.

Today's annoying Religious fanatic

In case you haven't heard of these maniacs, this is the Southern Baptist church that is thrilled with the wrath of god, hates gay people, and so on. Some wonderful internet folks have provided this woman's telephone number, in case you'd like to let her know how you feel, directly. You'll have to see to believe.

Now, My Children, I want you to think on this. Why has this woman, obviously crazy, been given media attention. Just because of the protests? Doubtful. PR Stunt? Lets think about this: Appeal to the fact that these protesting crazies are protesting military funerals, in order to drum up support by the sheep in this nation, getting them to feel better about the current war, and the upcoming war. Masters of disinformation know that the sheep don't understand the difference between supporting troops and supporting the war. What are your thoughts!

Colbert Roasts Bush, Parts 1 through 3

This was quite impressive, really. Though I'm not a big fan of Colbert, to see the cajones of this guy, standing right by Bush, and ripping him apart in the guise of support. Worth watching (except part 3, which I'll still include for you!

Current News Recap: Anti-Bush coverups, Fema, Fox, and Starfish.

....Well, kiddies, quite a bit has been happening lately, as I'm sure you all know. I've been trying to keep track of it all, and here are some highlights for your perusal.

  • Well, those crazy republicans never stop their evil tricks, now do they. And then we find out that they've got a nice little perk, a great way to schmooze those prospective allies. A great way to turn around someone straying from the flock. What's that method, you ask? Why, its prostitutes in the Watergate, of course!
  • Speaking of prostitues, there's Fox. Yes, you hear the one about Fox being the only channel the Bush administration will watch? Even when the White House press core ask to watch CNN, they have to go through 'the proper channels!" No, of course Fox is an unbiased news network, and yet they are currently pulling a Snow Job!
  • Oh, come on. You are all just a bunch of conspiracy nuts! The US would never cover up evidence about September 11th. Never!
  • Just like they would never abolish FEMA! FEMA's great. Doing a heckuvva job! We won't abolish Fema until pigs can fly or birds can learn grammar. Oh, wait....
  • And then of course, we have immigration. But these immigration debates won't lead to hate crimes. Oh no, so long as no Mexican tries to kiss my daughter.
  • Speaking of which, don't you just love the efficiency of law enforcement. They're great. Sure, they won't catch anyone for anything really serious for a while, but when they set their minds to it, and get off their lazy ass, they'll go on a hunting spree that will net arrests of felons whose crimes we're committed 10 years ago. Yeah, now that's good law enforcement!
  • And, speaking of Law enforcement, you even wonder how efficient it is when one branch of the government investigates another? How about when one branch of the government investigates a group that gives money to another. Where's the independent third party here?
  • Want an independent third party? Why not check in with our old friend Hugo Chavez, now being billed as the Anti-Bush. Personally, I love how the media casts him as Anti-American, because he hates George Bush. Funny, but I figure anyone who sells oil dirt cheap to a nonprofit organization that ensures poor families have enough oil to heat their homes in the bitter New England winters doesn't sound so Anti-American to me!
  • While we're on the subject of being Anti-Bush, i just read a great story about some sort of celebrity dinner, almost a roast of our Idiot in Chief. Apparently Bush was having a grand ol time until Steven Colbert hit the stage. Suddenly the smile was gone, and the flames of hell were burning in his eyes. You must go visit this website. Just the overview is worth it.
  • And now, for the serious part of our news. They ol idiot in chief is up to his old dirty tricks again. See here how he's been challenging hundreds of laws, just because he can. And I quote: "President Bush has quietly claimed the authority to disobey more than 750 laws enacted since he took office, asserting that he has the power to set aside any statute passed by Congress when it conflicts with his interpretation of the Constitution." This is an article worth reading. See more "Among the laws Bush said he can ignore are military rules and regulations, affirmative-action provisions, requirements that Congress be told about immigration services problems, ''whistle-blower" protections for nuclear regulatory officials, and safeguards against political interference in federally funded research." And look at that evil grin!!!!

  • And now, if you would like to have some fun with Origami and money, go here to check out how you can find proof of the 9/11 conspiracy on almost every piece of US paper Currency!
  • And in our strange animal death means armageddon news, the starfish are dying.

..The Perils of Voting...

..relax, Dr. Murk! The purported 2 party system is a sham, and is falling apart around us. Democracy is a joke, and our Idiot in Chief proved that to us, as you will see below. Now, I do implore you to go out and vote, no matter what. But vote for a third party. Prove that we don't want a two party system any longer! Besides, as shown here, it won't really matter, depending on what state you live in:

The Perils of Voting
(multiple explanatory links included)

1. 80% of all votes in America are counted by only two companies: Diebold and ES&S.

2. There is no federal agency with regulatory authority or oversight of the U.S. voting machine industry.

3. The vice-president of Diebold and the president of ES&S are brothers.

4. The chairman and CEO of Diebold is a major Bush campaign organizer and donor who wrote in 2003 that he was "committed to helping Ohio deliver its electoral votes to the president next year."

5. Republican Senator Chuck Hagel used to be chairman of ES&S. He became Senator in a surprise upset, with votes counted by ES&S machines.

6. Republican Senator Chuck Hagel, long-connected with the Bush family, was recently caught lying about his ownership of ES&S by the Senate Ethics Committee.

7. Senator Chuck Hagel was on a short list of George W. Bush's vice-presidential candidates.

8. Kenneth Blackwell co-chaired George Bush's Ohio election campaign. As Ohio secretary of state, he left no stone unturned to surpress the democratic vote.

9. Diebold's new touch screen voting machines have no paper trail of any votes. In other words, there is no way to verify that the data coming out of the machine is the same as what was legitimately put in by voters.

10. Diebold also makes ATMs, checkout scanners, and ticket machines, all of which log each transaction and can generate a paper trail.

11. Exit polls are usually excellent predictors of election results. Reputable analyses could not find and explanation of the discrepancy between exit polls and results of the 2004 presidential election.

12. A Diebold subsidiary employed 5 convicted felons as senior managers and developers. These people helped write the central compiler computer code that counted 50% of the votes in 30 states.

13. Jeff Dean, senior programmer on Diebold's central compiler code, was convicted of 23 counts of felony theft in the first degree.

14. Jeff Dean was served jail time for planting back doors in his client's accounting software and using a "high degree of sophistication" to evade detection over a period of 2 years.

15. None of the international election observers were allowed in the polls in Ohio.

16. California banned the use of Diebold machines because the security was so bad.

17. 30% of all U.S. votes are carried out on unverifiable touch screen voting machines with no paper trail.

18. All, not some, but all the voting machine errors detected and reported in Florida went in favor of Bush or Republican candidates.

19. The governor of the state of Florida, Jeb Bush, is the President's brother.

20. Serious voting anomalies in Florida, again always favoring Bush, have been mathematically demonstrated and experts are recommending further investigation.

..i know you missed me....

...but, I've been here, working away for you.
And, here we go.......
