I figured it couldn't be the NBA because you didn't mention the complete and utter lack of defense played by its members.
Genrally an in principple, Im against th deth pennalty; but I think if weere gonna have a deth pennalty, it ought t be ONLY fer abuse of powr by publick athoritys -- police, judiciary, legislative, an execkutive administratrs an elecktd officials. That sorta thing is always eithr dlibrate or its done outta fear. The DP will offset th fear an will influence th dlibration.
