The ritual is ready. The planets are aligned. The signs are clear. Volcanoes, Earthquakes, Landslides. We now have the proper number (21) of sacrifices cordoned off (cheerleaders, of course. They are the only thing that makes sense for sacrifice). The ancient tree has been unearthed. And now, the amulet has been discovered.
However, our priestess seems to have run into a snag. It seems that one needs "proper documentation" in order to bring a human head into the United States.
Please, does anyone know how to get that proper documentation. We need that head!

My advise: Skip th dockumentation. Jus have it shippd t th White House -- "Attn: VP". Mark it "Huntin Decoy".
If FedEx doesn't work, follow the drug smugglers' path: tunnels, swallowing, or running some illegals through New Mexico.
Yeah, I gotta agree w/Cuntrag. Even if a federal official told you that it was OK to bring the head into custody, they could overrule that official in court. They've done it before, but I can't remember the case.
And remember, it's not illegal if you don't get caught. Or if you don't see it.
